Guarantee/Return Policy/Privacy
RETURN POLICY: If for any reason you are not satisfied with my products return them for a full refund within 14 days. Please return in original condition and packing.
SHIPPING TIME: We normally ship within 24 to 48 business hours on stock items. On custom work you order we will let you know shipping time prior to starting on your order.
PRIVACY: Our Privacy Statement is simple; We do not sell, trade, disclose the information you provide to us to anyone!
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES: All items are sent via ground unless expedited service is requested when you check out. Every effort is made to meet your in hands date. However, we are not responsible for delays in transit or those caused by act of God, consequently we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
TERMS: Finance fees of 20% annual will be added to all orders over 30 days due from invoice date for those clients that have established credit with us. Checks returned for any reason will incur a $25 service charge. All orders with outstanding payments over 60 days from invoice date are subject to collection by an outside agency. All collection costs are borne by purchaser.
