GUARANTEE: We guarantee our work 100% In the event there is a problem or mistake which was made due to our negligence or error, we will make good the corrections entirely at our expense. 

SHIPPING TIME: We normally ship within 24 to 48 business hours on stock items. On custom work you order we will let you know prior to placing your order.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES (lower 48 States): All items are sent via  ground unless expedited service is requested when you check out. Every effort is made to meet your in hands date. However, we are not responsible for delays in transit or those caused by act of God, consequently we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

TERMS: Finance fees of 20% annual will be added to all orders over 30 days due from invoice date for those clients that have established credit with us. Checks returned for any reason will incur a $25 service charge. All orders with outstanding payments over 60 days from invoice date are subject to collection by an outside agency. All collection costs are borne by purchaser.
